Information we collect

When you request an estimate or consultation, Colourway Painting Melbourne may collect your name, email address, mobile number, property address, project scope, room and surface selections, preferred timing and related enquiry details.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare your estimate, contact you about the enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quotation, manage the customer relationship and improve our website and advertising performance.

Quote Analysis and Compare documents

When you use Quote Analysis and Compare, the quotation files, screenshots, contractor details and optional email wording you submit are processed by our artificial-intelligence service provider solely to produce the requested single-quote analysis or two-quote comparison, evidence checks and question drafts. The tool does not save the uploaded files after the analysis response is produced. You should remove information that is not needed for the analysis and must have authority to provide the documents.

Who receives it

Your information may be processed through Colourway Painting Melbourne's customer management, email, calendar, SMS, website hosting and analytics providers where needed to manage your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising technologies help us count completed estimates, consultation requests and contact actions, and understand which advertising led to an enquiry. When you submit an enquiry, relevant contact details may be securely hashed and used for advertising measurement. We do not enable personalised advertising through this measurement configuration.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and retain it only for legitimate business, customer-service and record-keeping purposes.

Access, correction and questions

You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@colourway.com.au or calling 0485 003 628.
